2018 RENEWAL OF REGISTRATION AND LODGEMENT OF 2017 ANNUAL RETURN
Letters to all registered veterinary surgeons regarding the renewal of registration and lodgement of annual return process were posted on 28 November 2017.
Each veterinary surgeon has been provided with a unique identification code for the purpose of renewing registration for the 2018 calendar year and lodging an annual return for the 2017 calendar year online.
The 2018 annual practice fee for general registration has been fixed under the Veterinary Practice Act 2003 (the Act) in the sum of $640. The fee must be paid by no later than 31 December 2017.
Please note that a fee of $210 has been fixed under the Act to apply to late renewals of registration. To avoid incurring this fee, please ensure that you renew your registration prior to expiry of the 31 December 2017 deadline.
If you do not wish to renew your registration for the 2018 calendar year, you are still required to lodge an annual return for the 2017 calendar year. Please do so by clicking 'Renew Now' at the bottom of this web page. You will be prompted to answer questions relating to the 2017 calendar year and you can select the option 'I do not wish to renew registration as a veterinary surgeon for the year ending 31 December 2018'.
If you have not received your renewal letter by 7 December 2017, please email the office at email@example.com and confirm your current postal address.
If you experience technical difficulty with the online system, please email the office at firstname.lastname@example.org to request assistance as soon as possible and by no later than midday on Friday 22 December 2017.
