Suspension of registration - Dr Geoffrey Hampton Warren
Dr Geoffrey Hampton Warren's registration as a veterinary surgeon has been suspended by the South Australian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (the Tribunal) pending the outcome of disciplinary proceedings.
The Tribunal took this action because it considered there was a serious risk that the health and safety of the public and the health and safety of animals was endangered. Dr Warren has been practising from veterinary clinics at Jamestown and Peterborough.
The Veterinary Surgeons Board of South Australia issues this statement consistent with its obligation under the Veterinary Practice Act 2003 to inform the public of the registration status of veterinary surgeons in the interest of protecting animal health, safety and welfare.
